· Ordering flowers and commissioning services

· Contact via social media

· Subscription to blogs and members’ only pages. 

We use the information that you have given us in order to keep you informed about our latest offers and how the business is developing. We also keep you updated about orders and commissions.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored via GoDaddy website host. Telephone numbers are kept with orders but not stored electronically.  

We keep contact information for the period of the commission or tax year, whichever is longest. We will then dispose of your information by redacting information stored on order forms. 

Information stored by GoDaddy for the purposes of subscriptions and members’ access is subject to their privacy policy. 

We will review information stored annually and remove members and subscribers who no longer wish to be listed. This will be done via the tools hosted by GoDaddy.
